Winter means SNOW!

Winter made a later-than-usual appearance in New England this year, but is making up with it with fury. It started with winter storm Juno and it's been one storm after another ever since.
Good thing these cute kids love to play in the stuff!
The boys take care of all my shoveling. I'm so lucky...
...because sometimes it's a pretty big job!
Riley created a sledding hill/half pipe for the kids to play on in the front yard.
We tried snow shoeing as a family for the first time at a local winter festival. The kids really loved it, and I wished we had double layered so we could have walked even further. It was a lot of fun!
This Olaf ice sculpture was a favorite!
In the Northeast, when big storms hit, most everything shuts down and people hunker down and stay inside. This means lots of cuddling and plenty of screen time.
We've played more rounds of Sorry than I care to admit.
This weekend, we took advantage of a clear night and took the kids out to eat. They were so excited to be out on the town! And honestly...after so many cooped up days, so was I!

This snowpocalypse hasn't been all bad news. Our besties back in Rexburg sent us new matching sweatshirts. That was a fun surprise that brightened my day. Thanks Wilsons!
With Hinder at school all day, most of the time it's me and these two cuties. And I can't complain. :)
These faces make the long, cold winters a lot more sunny!
