Dallas and Dalyn flew all the way across the country to spend their spring break, plus a couple days, with us! We enjoyed having them so much. Everyday was packed with sightseeing, games, and laughing, and eating too much. It's hard not to see your sibs for months at a time, so this visit meant the world to us.
We took pictures here and there, but I can't wrap my head around trying to organize this post in a chronological way. So it's going to be a photo downpour with high school yearbook style captions. Forgive me.
Dallas and Vyla became best buds pretty quickly. He even jumped into the kiddie car at the Children's Museum with her. Cute.
We had a full house for Easter! So much fun hiding and dying eggs together.
Gorgeous day at Old Orchard Beach.
Further proof that Vyla was attached to Dallas' hip for their entire stay. Crazy haired girl.
(side note: Today Hinder told me Vyla's head looks like "a bucket with hay coming out". Hahaha)
Yep, she loves him.
One of my favorite buildings in Portland. The convent near Riley's school.
Hinder at Two Lights State Park. Just moments before this photo, he had fallen bottom first into a little pool of water. We had a good laugh.

Longfellow House in downtown Portland
Dallas and Dalyn at the Corner of Free and Congress downtown
Old Port area. We loved the interested stone streets. Very old school.
Vyla and Dalyn throwing rocks at Mackworth Island. This was such a beautiful day.
Dallas at the cliffs by Prouts Neck.
Dallas at the Presumpscott River trail
Hinder enjoying peanut butter gelato at the Others!
Everyone hanging out at LL Bean. Major shopping went down that day.
Dalyn and Hinder at Prouts Neck. The trail was great, but the weather was freezing this day.
Dallas and the pirate on Commercial Street. (I think? Somewhere near the harbor)
I finally skipped a rock on water for the first time at Two Lights state park.
Hinder learned before I did. He was a natural.
Sisters at Two Lights. I'm so jealous of her hair.
Hanging out at Mackworth Island again.
Dalyn and Dallas at Two Lights State Park. There's nothing like the expansive ocean to make you feel small.
Easter Sunday at Fort Williams in Cape Elizabeth. Hinder was pretty cute in that little tie.
We did a drive by of the Tate House, an old original house from colonial times.
Vyla and Dallas at the Headlight, Fort Williams
Vyla's new "smile". Silly girl. We can't get her to stop.
Hinder and Dallas admiring the Len Libby chocolate moose and bears. I wonder how 15 year old chocolate tastes?
Ten seconds after we dropped them off at the Boston airport we already missed them.
Thanks for coming, guys! We love you!
